Blooms, Bugs, and Birds

As part of the library’s Build a Better World Summer Reading Program, Kathy Easton from About Birds, LLC will give a presentation about how shrinking habitat and environmental conditions are affecting the birds, bugs, and plants we rely on. Come learn how we as individuals can help in both big and small ways to support the ecosystem we live in!

Kathy is an experienced Associate Naturalist at the NJ Audubon Plainsboro Reserve, a competitive birder, and a Mercer County Master Gardener who will bring her considerable knowledge to library patrons of all ages.

This program is supported by the Friends of the New Brunswick Free Public Library and a grant from Constellation, an Exelon Company.

Location: New Brunswick Public Library – 60 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

Audience: All ages.
