Geri-Fit Strength Training Workout for Older Adults

Geri-fit is a 45 minute evidence based strength training exercise class for older adults. Most of the exercises are performed seated in chairs with a set of light dumbbell weights. There's no dancing or aerobics and you never have to get on the floor. Work out at your own pace in this video based exercise class.

Bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbbells and a stretch band. Water will be provided.

Classes will be held on
Mondays and Wednesdays
from January 14 - April 10
10:30 am - 11:15 am
No class on 1/21 or 2/18
