Pioneer Day

Travel back in time with us to the days of covered wagons, one room schools, and little log cabins in the woods to learn about life in 19th Century America! Try your hand at spinning wool into yarn, making some delicious homemade butter, weaving on a mini loom, and making some fun pioneer era toys! Come in your best pioneer costume (optional), and enjoy this Family Fun Event for all ages!

Location: Spotswood Public Library – 548 Main Street, Spotswood, NJ 08884.

Audience: All Ages

Special instructions: Registration Required. All ages are welcome to attend, however due to the complexity of some of the crafts and activities, children under age 8 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver who can assist them during the program.
